DT-22A Ferrule 152,40×2,77mm WxC SF1

Long-pattern ferrule (WxC) to ASME-BPE DT-4.1.4-1 (ex DT-22A), manufactured from AISI 316L with SF1 surface quality. One side has a Tri-Clamp® flange; the other is a straight tube end prepared for orbital TIG welding per Part MJ. External surface Ra ≤1.0 µm/40 µIn; internal metal-blank Ra ≤0.500 µm/20 µIn in accordance with ASME-BPE Part SF. Dimensions comply with ASME-BPE Part DT, BS 4825, DIN 32676 and ISO 1127 with tolerances to ASTM A269/A270. Supplied with blue end caps and PE packaging, permanently marked (CSE – ASME-BPE – DT-4.1.4-1 – SF1 – SS316L – inch dimensions – heat number) and labeled with QR/bar code for full traceability. EN 10204 3.1 material certificate included free of charge.
