Solid ferrule cap DT-4.1.5-2 (ex DT-31) in AISI 316L with SF4 finish for closing Tri-Clamp® unions with a gasket. Dimensions comply with ASME-BPE Part DT and are compatible with BS 4825, DIN 32676 and ISO 1127; tolerances to ASTM A269/A270. Exterior Ra ≤1.0 µm/40 µin; interior electropolished Ra ≤0.375 µm/15 µin per Part SF. Supplied protected with a white end cap, PE packed, permanently marked (CSE – ASME-BPE – DT 4.1.5-2 – SF4 – SS316L – inch size – heat no.) and QR/barcode labeled.
