DT-22C Ferrule 38,10 x 1,65mm WxC SF1

Ferrule short CxW DT-4.1.4-1 (ex DT-22C) in quality SF1 and material AISI 316L. Dimensions in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE version Part DT and ASTM A269/A270 tolerances. The ferrule has on one end a hygienic Tri-Clamp joint in accordance with the BS-4825, the DIN-32676 and ISO-1127. At the other end a straight tube-end prepared for orbital welding in accordance with Part MJ of the ASME-BPE. Externally the ferrule has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally a bright annealed/metal blank surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,500 µm/20 µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE. The ends of the fitting are protected with blue caps and each ferrule is packed in PE plastic. A sticker on the outside of the PE contains the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: CSE – ASME-BPE – DT 4.1.4-1 – SF1 – SS316L – dimensions in Inches – heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
