DT-26A (long) Concentric Reducer 76,20×1,65/38,10mm CxW SF4

Concentric Reducer CxW DT-4.1.3-2A (ex DT-26) in quality SF4 and material AISI 316L. Dimensions in accordance with the ASME-BPE 2012 part DT allowing you to use this version for connections between Imperial/ISO and DIN sizes. The reducer has on one end a hygienic Tri-Clamp joint and at the other end a straight tube-end prepared for orbital welding in accordance with Part MJ. Externally the reducer has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally an Electro Polished surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,375 µm/15 µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE. The ends of the fitting are protected with white caps and each reducer is packed in PE plastic. A sticker on the outside of the PE contains the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: CSE – ASME-BPE – DT 4.1.3-2 – SF4 – SS316L – dimensions in Inches – heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code, providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
