DT-11 Eccentric Reducer 38,10×1,65/12,70mm WxW SF4

Eccentric Reducer WxW DT-4.1.3-1 in quality SF4 and machined from bar material AISI 316L in accordance with the latest ASME-BPE part DT. The reducer has two straight tube-ends prepared for orbital welding in accordance with Part MJ. Externally the reducer has a surface roughness of Ra ≤1,0 µm/40 µIn and internally an electro polished surface with a roughness of Ra ≤0,375 µm/15 µIn in accordance with Part SF of the ASME-BPE. The ends of the fitting are protected with white caps and each reducer is packed in PE plastic. A sticker on the outside of the PE contains the same information as permanently marked on the fitting: ASME logo – CSE – ASME BPE – DT 4.1.3-1 – SF4 – SS316L – dimensions in Inches – heat number. The sticker has a QR and Bar-code, providing an ideal tool for easy storage of all relevant data. A material certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 3.1 is included and free of charge.
